foodTALK aims to educate and excite the viewing community about local food, farms, restaurants and personalities of the East End of LI. foodTALK is filmed in the Kitchen Studio as the guests chat about life in the kitchen, in the fields and all things food-related. Local chefs prepare easy dishes to be tasted at the end of the show as Steve converses with guests including farmers, educators, journalists, chefs, beekeepers, fishermen, policy-makers, bakers and other local friends-of-the-East End-food-community.
