The McIVER Piano JAZZ Series: Intimate evenings of music and conversation with a series of Piano Masters in the LTV Piano Lounge

Julius Rodriguez Julius Rodriguez, also known as "Orange Julius," is a genre-defying pianist, drummer, and composer whose fresh voice is helping redefine modern jazz. Born in 1998 in White Plains, NY, Rodriguez began classical piano studies as a child and was introduced to jazz through his father. He later studied at the Manhattan School of Music and The Juilliard School. A musical polyglot, he blends jazz with gospel, hip-hop, R&B, and pop, bringing a contemporary edge to his work. He has performed with a wide range of artists including Wynton Marsalis, A$AP Rocky, and Meshell Ndegeocello. His 2022 debut album Let Sound Tell All was released on Verve Records to critical acclaim, marking him as a rising star with deep roots and limitless creative horizons.
